Registration

Step 1: Application

An application letter (pdf format, 1 page max.) should be sent by email to algosb-coordinators@inria.fr with the subject "AlgoSB application", by July 14, 2024. The application should provide a mini-vitae or a pointer to the full vitae, a presentation of the applicant's research interests, and a description of how the offered courses can benefit their work.

A maximum of 35 participants will be accepted.

A notification of acceptance will be provided by July 25, 2024. It is expected that all accepted participants will participate in the entire school. Each participant will be expected to provide a short presentation (2 minutes) of their research interests at the start of the school.

Step 2: Registration

Expected registration fees* (VAT is not included, 10% VAT will be added except for CNRS participants paying with a "bon de commande")

• PhD students: 560€
• Academic participants: 900€
• Participants from industry: 1500€

* Registration fees may be adjusted before the registration website opens (in particular, they may be reduced if more sponsors are identified).

The registration fees cover:

• Accommodation from Sunday (November 17) to Friday (November 22): 5 nights in an on-site double room (shared with another participant). A limited number of single rooms may be available for a supplemental fee.
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the school.
• Gala dinner.
• Scheduled bus trip from and to Ajaccio (one trip each way will be organized, transport outside of these scheduled trips will not be covered).
• Conference material.

Cancellation: Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before October 1, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.
